It&#8217;s thought to be caused by an injury to or an abnormality of the peripheral and central nervous systems. CRPS typically occurs as a result of a trauma or an injury. Most CRPS illnesses are thought to be caused due to improper function of the peripheral C-fiber nerve fibers that carry pain messages to the brain. This excess firing also triggers inflammation designed to promote healing and rest after an injury. In some people the nerve injury is obvious but in others, a specialist may be needed to locate and treat the injury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CRPS &#8211; Clinical Trial Feasibility on CREDEVO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This was a double-blind phase III clinical trial in patients with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investigators have been identified in Australia, South Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Singapore for a global clinical trial in the pain management segment.
